Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and review accounts receivable and financial data to identify discrepancies and process adjustments as needed
2. Prepare and submit timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable records
3. Prepare monthly reports and analysis of accounts receivable, aging and other related activities
4. Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable and other inquiries
5. Coordinate with other departments and personnel to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
6. Monitor customer payments and manage customer accounts
7. Implement processes and procedures to improve the accounts receivable process
8. Assist with the annual audit process
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
10. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
