- Oversee all investment operations and processes within the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of investment operations.
- Analyze and monitor investment data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage a team of investment operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor and manage investment risks, taking appropriate actions to mitigate any potential issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends, and make recommendations for process improvements and enhancements.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and compliance, to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to investment operations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance and progress of investment operations.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Investment Operations, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. A Higher Degree Such As An Mba May Also Be Preferred.
Extensive Knowledge Of Investment Products, Financial Markets, And Industry Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Teams, As Well As Implementing Process Improvements And Driving Operational Efficiencies.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Strategic Decisions And Manage Complex Projects. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Also Essential For Effectively Collaborating With Other Departments And Stakeholders.
