  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the investment services department, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place to meet client needs.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and productivity of the department.
  3. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and compliance, to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Lead and motivate a team of investment professionals to achieve department goals and objectives.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and technology enhancements.
  8. Develop and maintain departmental budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and participate in client pitches and presentations.
  11. Communicate effectively and frequently with senior management, providing updates on departmental performance and initiatives.
  12. Handle escalated client inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  13. Ensure all operations are in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  14. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
  15. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and creativity within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Investment Operations, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products, Financial Markets, And Industry Regulations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Operational Risks.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing High-Performing Teams, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
