- Maintain and administer the Service Now HR system to ensure accurate and efficient HR processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Service Now HR system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for the Service Now HR system.
- Monitor system performance and usage to proactively identify and address any potential issues.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to HR technology and make recommendations for implementation.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Service Now HR system.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Service Now HR system, providing guidance and support to HR team members.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Train and onboard new employees on the use of the Service Now HR system.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures within the Service Now system.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues.
- Participate in testing and implementation of system updates and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Service Now Hr Modules, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes, Including Employee Onboarding, Performance Management, And Offboarding.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve System Issues Efficiently.
Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Effectively Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Communicate Progress To Stakeholders.
