  1. Maintain and administer the Service Now HR system to ensure accurate and efficient HR processes.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Service Now HR system.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
  4. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for the Service Now HR system.
  5. Monitor system performance and usage to proactively identify and address any potential issues.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to HR technology and make recommendations for implementation.
  7. Ensure data integrity and security within the Service Now HR system.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on the Service Now HR system, providing guidance and support to HR team members.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
  11. Train and onboard new employees on the use of the Service Now HR system.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures within the Service Now system.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues.
  14. Participate in testing and implementation of system updates and upgrades.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Service Now Hr Modules, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes, Including Employee Onboarding, Performance Management, And Offboarding.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve System Issues Efficiently.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Effectively Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Communicate Progress To Stakeholders.
