If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Technology Risk Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology risks within our cloud, DevOps, and automation environments. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.   1. Develop and implement technology risk management strategies and processes within the cloud, DevOps, and automation environments at Fidelity Investments.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating identified risks.
  3. Monitor and analyze potential risks within the technology infrastructure, including identifying new and emerging threats.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into all technology processes and initiatives.
  5. Communicate complex technical concepts and risk management strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technology risk management.
  7. Create and maintain risk management documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other team members on risk management practices.
  10. Proactively identify and escalate potential risks to senior management.
  11. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of technology risk management.
  13. Train and educate employees on technology risk management policies and procedures.
  14. Participate in incident response and remediation efforts related to technology risks.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on technology risk management for the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Cloud Computing, Including Proficiency In Cloud Security And Risk Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Devops Principles And Practices, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Risks Within A Devops Environment.

  • Experience Implementing And Managing Automation Tools And Processes To Improve Efficiency And Reduce Risk.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Assess Complex Technology Risks And Develop Effective Risk Management Strategies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Communicating And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Engineers, And Business Stakeholders.
