- Develop and maintain systems to support the alternative investments business of Fidelity Investments.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in the systems and processes.
- Utilize expertise in systems analysis to identify and solve complex problems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends related to alternative investments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development.
- Ensure systems are designed and maintained in compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure systems meet business needs and requirements.
- Train and mentor junior team members on systems and processes.

- Continuously evaluate and propose enhancements to existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on alternative investments and provide guidance on industry regulations and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to provide updates on system developments and enhancements.
- Keep a customer-centric approach in all tasks and ensure systems are designed to meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Systems Analysis, Specifically Within The Liquid Alternatives Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Alternative Investment Strategies, Including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, And Real Estate.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Investment Products, With A Focus On The Liquid Alternatives Space.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Complex Systems Solutions For Investment Management Firms.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
