Do you have a proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies for a diverse audience? Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Manager of Wealth Communications to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the communication efforts for our wealth management business, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for Fidelity Investments' wealth management business, in alignment with overall business objectives and goals.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and effectively communicate them to target audiences.
  3. Lead the creation and delivery of compelling and engaging communication materials, such as presentations, messaging, talking points, and other collateral.
  4. Proactively identify and respond to emerging communication needs and challenges, and develop innovative solutions to address them.
  5. Manage and oversee the organization's brand and reputation by ensuring consistency and accuracy in all external and internal communications.
  6. Monitor and analyze communication metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness.
  7. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic counsel and guidance on communication matters.
  8. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to enhance the organization's credibility and influence.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in communications and incorporate them into the organization's strategies and tactics.
  10. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  11. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  12. Represent Fidelity Investments in a professional and positive manner in all interactions and communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Communications, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Wealth Management Products And Services.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Communication Plans.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Business Goals.
