Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Strategic Planning And Development, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Strategic Initiatives.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
