- Lead and develop a team of campus recruiters to ensure high-quality recruitment and engagement strategies are implemented at universities across the globe.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities to promote the organization and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and understand the organization's talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment and use that knowledge to continuously improve and innovate recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the design and execution of campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including university career centers, diversity and inclusion organizations, and student organizations.
- Drive the recruitment and development of top talent by identifying and engaging with high-potential candidates.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to track success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement training and development programs for campus recruits.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting its values and culture to potential candidates.
- Develop and manage the budget for campus recruitment initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on campus recruitment activities and results.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the campus recruitment team.
- Stay informed of and comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to campus recruitment and employment.
Experience In Higher Education: A Senior Manager In Campus Engagement At Fidelity Investments Should Have Extensive Experience Working In The Higher Education Sector, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role. This Includes Knowledge Of The Academic Landscape, Student Demographics, And Institutional Policies And Procedures.
Strong Communication Skills: The Role Of A Senior Manager In Campus Engagement Involves Building And Maintaining Relationships With Various Stakeholders, Including College And University Administrators, Students, And Faculty. Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For Effectively Conveying Fidelity's Message And Creating Partnerships With Campus Communities.
Strategic Thinking: As A Senior Manager, The Individual Must Possess The Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Long-Term Plans For Engaging With Campuses. This Includes Identifying Opportunities For Partnerships, Developing Campaigns And Initiatives, And Measuring The Success Of Campus Engagement Efforts.
Leadership And Team Management: The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Campus Engagement Professionals.
