  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Monitor and analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
  6. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs.
  8. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and recommend new technologies and techniques to improve processes.
  10. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure supports the needs of the analytics team.
  12. Manage the budget and resources for the data analytics team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  13. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the data analytics team.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our data analytics capabilities.
  15. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and regulations.
