  1. Manage and maintain the schedules of senior executives, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
  2. Provide administrative support to senior executives, including drafting and proofreading documents, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expenses.
  3. Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling all correspondence and communication in a professional and efficient manner.
  4. Anticipate the needs of senior executives and proactively identify ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  5. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  6. Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries and requests directed towards senior executives, effectively managing and prioritizing them.
  7. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other events for senior executives, ensuring all logistics are taken care of.
  8. Monitor and manage email and phone communications for senior executives, responding to and forwarding messages as needed.
  9. Conduct research and gather information as needed to support senior executives in decision-making and problem-solving.
  10. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the office.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files for senior executives.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide relevant support and assistance to senior executives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Administrative Experience: A Senior Executive Assistant At Fidelity Investments Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A High-Level Administrative Role, Preferably In A Financial Services Or Investment Company. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Administrative Processes, Excellent Organizational Skills, And The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks Efficiently.
