  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  2. Coordinate and arrange business travel and accommodations for senior executives.
  3. Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on requests and tasks.
  4. Manage and maintain confidential documents and information, exercising discretion and sound judgement.
  5. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for senior executives as needed.
  6. Proactively anticipate and address potential scheduling conflicts or issues to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
  7. Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects and initiatives.
  8. Collaborate with other assistants and team members to ensure efficient and effective support for senior executives.
  9. Monitor and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  10. Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
  11. Take on ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior executives.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the organization and senior executives in a positive light.
  13. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  14. Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and goals to effectively support senior executives.
  15. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Administrative Support: A Senior Executive Assistant At Fidelity Investments Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Providing High-Level Administrative Support To Senior Executives, Preferably In A Financial Services Environment.
