Extensive Experience In Defined Benefits Data Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Analyzing Data Related To Defined Benefits Plans, Including Pension Plans, 401(K) Plans, And Other Retirement Benefits.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Legal And Regulatory Requirements Surrounding Defined Benefits Plans, Including Erisa, Irs Regulations, And State Laws.
Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis Tools: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Data Management And Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Excel, And Tableau, And Be Able To Manipulate And Analyze Large And Complex Data Sets.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Data Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Required To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings And Recommendations To Senior Management. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential.
