Extensive Data Analysis Experience: A Senior Data Analyst Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, With A Strong Understanding Of Statistical Methods And Data Manipulation Techniques. They Should Be Able To Handle Large Datasets And Extract Meaningful Insights To Support Decision-Making.
Proficiency In Programming And Data Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R, As Well As Experience With Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Like Tableau, Power Bi, Or Sas. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Extract, Clean, And Analyze Data From Various Sources.
Experience With Financial Data And Platforms: Fidelity Investments Is A Financial Services Company, So A Senior Data Analyst Should Have A Strong Background In Working With Financial Data And A Solid Understanding Of Investment Platforms. Experience With Fidelity's Personalized Planning & Advice Platform Is A Plus.
