  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform the development and improvement of our Personalized Planning & Advice Platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients and business goals.
  3. Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations based on data analysis.
  5. Monitor data quality and integrity, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and financial services.
  7. Communicate complex data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  8. Mentor and train junior data analysts on best practices and techniques for data analysis.
  9. Collaborate with the development team to ensure data integrity and accuracy in the Personalized Planning & Advice Platform.
  10. Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from various teams within the organization.
  11. Use data to identify opportunities for business growth and make strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security and privacy policies.
  13. Continuously monitor and improve the performance and efficiency of data processes.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  15. Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress and key insights.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Proficiency In Sql And Experience With Data Manipulation And Querying In A Relational Database Environment.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Powerbi, And Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As Python Or R.
