- Conduct data analysis to support the development and maintenance of our Personalized Planning & Advice Platform.
- Utilize your expertise in data analysis to make recommendations for improving the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform strategic business decisions.
- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis to continuously improve our platform.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of our platform to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior data analysts on best practices and techniques for data analysis.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Proficiency In Sql, Data Visualization Tools (Such As Tableau Or Power Bi), And Programming Languages (Such As Python Or R).
Experience With Personalized Planning And Advice Platforms, Including Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
