  1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of complex legal issues related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  2. Advise the company on legal strategies and risks associated with cryptocurrency and blockchain initiatives.
  3. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to cryptocurrency and blockchain.
  4. Stay up-to-date with evolving laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency and blockchain and ensure compliance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal issues and provide strategic guidance.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and stay informed about industry developments.
  7. Provide legal support for business deals and partnerships involving cryptocurrency and blockchain.
  8. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to cryptocurrency and blockchain.
  9. Train and educate other team members on legal issues related to cryptocurrency and blockchain.
  10. Manage and oversee outside counsel when necessary.
  11. Conduct due diligence for potential investments or partnerships in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
  12. Provide guidance on data privacy and security issues related to cryptocurrency and blockchain.
  13. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices.
  14. Collaborate with regulators and government agencies to advocate for favorable policies and regulations for the company’s cryptocurrency and blockchain initiatives.
  15. Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks related to cryptocurrency and blockchain.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Cryptocurrency And Blockchain Technology: A Senior Attorney At Fidelity Investments Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Cryptocurrency And Blockchain Landscape, Including Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Trends.

  • Strong Legal Background: This Role Requires A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience As A Practicing Attorney With A Focus On Financial Services And/Or Technology. A Successful Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Legal Advice And Guidance To Clients In Complex And Rapidly Evolving Legal Environments.

A Senior Attorney At Fidelity Investments Should Have Experience In Navigating The Regulatory Landscape And Ensuring Compliance With Relevant Laws And Regulations.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: The Senior Attorney Will Be Responsible For Providing Legal Guidance And Support To Fidelity Investments’ Cryptocurrency And Blockchain Initiatives. This Requires Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Potential Legal Risks And Develop Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Legal Team, This Role Will Involve Regular Communication And Collaboration With Various Stakeholders, Both Within And Outside The Organization.
