In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting our external reporting processes.   1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
  2. Collaborate with various internal teams to gather and compile data for external reporting purposes.
  3. Review and verify accuracy of data and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to regulatory agencies.
  5. Maintain and update internal systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective reporting.
  6. Communicate with external regulatory agencies to address any inquiries or requests for additional information.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulatory requirements.
  8. Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigating actions.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on regulatory reporting processes and procedures.
  10. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including regulators and auditors.
  12. Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management.
  13. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including strict confidentiality and data security protocols.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Regulatory Reporting Role Within The Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Reporting Standards Such As Sec, Finra, And Cftc

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Regulatory Requirements

  • Previous Experience Working With External Regulators And Auditors, As Well As Strong Communication And Relationship Management Skills.
