1. Lead and manage a team of designers to create innovative and user-friendly digital experiences for Fidelity Investments.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and customer needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
3. Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
4. Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all digital products.
