  1. Lead the design vision and strategy for Fidelity Investments' digital products and services.
  2. Create exceptional user experiences that empower clients to make confident financial decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.
  4. Mentor and inspire a team of designers to continuously improve their skills and produce high-quality work.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, industry trends, and best practices.
  6. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and drive innovation.
  7. Manage and prioritize design projects, balancing business needs, user needs, and technical constraints.
  8. Present and communicate design concepts, strategies, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
  9. Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design into the development process.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of existing products and services.
  11. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards.
  12. Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools and techniques and share knowledge with the team.
  13. Represent Fidelity Investments as a design leader at industry events and conferences.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support design initiatives.
  15. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the design team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Delivering Successful User-Centered Experiences For Complex Financial Products Or Services.

  • Expertise In Design Thinking Methodologies, With A Strong Focus On User Research, Prototyping, And User Testing.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Ux Designers And Work Cross-Functionally With Product Managers, Developers, And Other Stakeholders.
