  • Conduct research and analysis to understand current and emerging trends in the Defined Benefit plan industry
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for new or existing systems
  • Design and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs and align with industry best practices
  • Utilize specialized knowledge of Defined Benefit plans to develop and maintain systems and processes that ensure accurate and efficient operation
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues or gaps in systems and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides for systems and processes
  • Lead and participate in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure system functionality and accuracy
  • Train and support end-users on systems and processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing system-related inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Mentor and train junior systems analysts on best practices and industry standards
  • Stay current on industry advancements and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In A Principal Systems Analyst Role, With A Focus On Defined Benefit Plans And Retirement Services.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Defined Benefit Plan Administration, Including Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Complex System Implementations, Including Requirements Gathering, Design, Testing, And Maintenance.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Provide Innovative Solutions To Improve Processes And Systems.
