Extensive Experience In Software Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Software Development With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Complex Projects.
Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Principles, Design Patterns, And Best Practices. They Should Also Have Hands-On Experience With Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.
