  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and strategies to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability for our products.
  2. Lead and manage a team of QA engineers to execute testing plans and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure QA processes are integrated seamlessly into the product development lifecycle.
  4. Conduct thorough testing of software applications and systems to identify defects and ensure they are resolved before product release.
  5. Develop and maintain automated regression test suites to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
  6. Communicate and report on testing progress, defects, and overall product quality to stakeholders.
  7. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall quality of our products.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.
  9. Mentor and train junior QA engineers to ensure consistent and high-quality testing practices across the team.
  10. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and work towards exceeding customer expectations.
  11. Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure quality standards are met for products and services.
  12. Take ownership of product quality and proactively identify and address potential risks and issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Position.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Assurance Principles, Methodologies, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Test Strategies, Processes, And Tools For Complex Software Systems.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Product Managers, And Business Stakeholders.
