  1. Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, AWS, and Angular technologies.
  2. Lead and guide the team in implementing best practices and coding standards.
  3. Design and implement software architecture and technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software development and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
  8. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
  9. Participate in Agile development processes, including planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
  10. Proactively identify and suggest areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with other teams to integrate software components and ensure seamless functionality.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve system performance and scalability.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide project updates and progress reports.
  14. Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion within the given timelines.
  15. Adhere to company policies, standards, and security protocols.

Job Qualifications

  • Expertise In Java Programming: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Extensive Experience And In-Depth Knowledge Of Java Programming Language, Including Its Core Concepts, Data Structures, And Design Patterns. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Object-Oriented Principles And Experience With Various Java Frameworks.

  • Proficiency In Aws Technologies: A Principal Full Stack Software Engineer At Fidelity Investments Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Amazon Web Services (Aws) And Its Various Components Such As Ec2, S3, Lambda, And Dynamodb. They Should Have Experience Designing, Developing, And Deploying Applications On Aws.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Angular: The Candidate Should Possess A Solid Understanding Of Front-End Development, Particularly With Angular. They Should Be Able To Build Complex, Responsive, And Scalable User Interfaces Using Angular And Related Technologies Such As Html, Css, And Javascript.

  • Experience With Full-Stack Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Both Front-End And Back-End Development. They Should Be Able To Design And Implement Scalable And Reliable Full-Stack Solutions Using A Variety Of Languages, Frameworks, And Tools.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Principal Full Stack Software Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Developers. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.
