  1. Design and develop complex Drupal-based applications for Fidelity Investments' financial services business.
  2. Lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  3. Maintain and enhance existing Drupal applications to meet evolving business needs.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Drupal development.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
  7. Mentor and train junior developers in Drupal development and best practices.
  8. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all Drupal applications.
  9. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure a bug-free and user-friendly experience.
  10. Continuously improve processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  11. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and management.
  12. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  13. Collaborate with UX and visual designers to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.
  14. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards.
  15. Maintain documentation of all development processes and procedures.
  16. Proactively identify and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
  17. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and coding standards.
  18. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality solutions.
  19. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow as a Drupal developer.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Developing Drupal Websites And Applications

  • Strong Knowledge Of Php, Html, Css, And Javascript

  • Extensive Experience With Drupal Theming, Module Development, And Custom Code Development

  • Previous Experience Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Drupal Developers, As Well As Working With Cross-Functional Teams On Large-Scale Projects.
