  1. Lead and manage a team of 401K Relationship Managers to ensure high-quality service and support for our clients' retirement savings needs.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to grow our 401K business, including identifying new potential clients and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our 401K offerings and services.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Fidelity Investments to provide a seamless and comprehensive client experience.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Fidelity's products, services, and technologies to effectively communicate and educate clients on their options.
  7. Monitor and analyze client performance and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  8. Coach and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively support and engage with clients.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on retirement savings and 401K plans, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and clients.
