- Develop and maintain relationships with 401K clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their retirement plans and provide recommendations for optimizing their investments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and investment management, to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert on retirement plans and industry trends, providing guidance and education to clients and team members.
- Monitor and analyze client data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop plans for increasing client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and expand our 401K client base.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all client interactions are in line with legal requirements.
- Lead and motivate a team of relationship managers to achieve individual and team goals.
- Represent Fidelity Investments at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop materials and resources to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
- Ensure all client information and data is accurately maintained in the company's systems.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, at all times.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retirement Planning And Investment Management
In-Depth Knowledge Of 401K Regulations And Compliance Requirements
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Client Relationships
Strong Leadership Abilities And Experience Managing A Team, With A Focus On Driving Results And Achieving Business Goals.
