  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate data for Fidelity Investments, including collection, organization, and analysis.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate teams, finance departments, and senior management.
  3. Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights in real estate data and provide actionable recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
  4. Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate real estate data reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders.
  5. Continuously monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy of real estate data, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate data management, and implement improvements and updates as needed.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  10. Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to data management and privacy.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates, insights, and recommendations based on real estate data.
  12. Represent Fidelity Investments at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in real estate data management.
