  1. Lead and manage a team of analytical experts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success in delivering impactful insights.
  2. Develop and implement the company's data strategy to support business objectives and drive informed decision-making.
  3. Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business strategies and drive business growth.
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design data-driven solutions to address them.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analytics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  8. Lead and participate in data-driven projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project objectives.
  9. Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to data analysis.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  12. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  13. Take ownership of data analytics initiatives and drive them to completion, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert in data analytics, providing guidance and support to colleagues and promoting data literacy across the organization.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our data analytics capabilities and thought leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R, As Well As Experience With Data Visualization Tools.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Strong Understanding Of Data-Driven Decision Making.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With Strong Leadership, Communication, And Project Management Skills.
