  1. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on all facilities and equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other systems to ensure proper functioning and safety.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with data systems, including hardware and software, to ensure uninterrupted operation.
  3. Perform routine checks and inspections to identify potential hazards or malfunctions and address them promptly.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including any equipment or supplies used.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for all facilities and data systems.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels for necessary supplies and equipment, and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and restocking.
  7. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to minimize disruptions to operations.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in facilities and data maintenance to enhance job performance.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repairs.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management to share updates, report any issues, and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Conduct training and provide support to employees on proper use and maintenance of facilities and data systems.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  13. Continuously identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and suggest improvements to increase efficiency in facilities and data maintenance.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
