  1. Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to support the overall sales goals of the company.
  2. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  3. Collaborate with sales leadership to define and communicate sales enablement goals, initiatives, and metrics.
  4. Create and manage a comprehensive sales enablement program that includes training, tools, resources, and processes.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and sales strategies.
  6. Conduct regular assessments of the sales team's needs and identify areas for improvement in sales enablement.
  7. Develop and deliver sales training programs that equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell our products and services.
  8. Monitor and track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make adjustments as needed to drive results.
  9. Manage and mentor a team of sales enablement professionals to ensure their growth and development.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in sales enablement and incorporate them into our strategies and processes.
  11. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information and resources.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales enablement team.
  13. Represent the company and its values in a professional manner at all times.
  14. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage the sales enablement budget.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the sales enablement process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Or Sales Operations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Sales Enablement Strategies And Programs.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Services And Investment Products, Preferably With Experience At Fidelity Investments.
