- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to support the overall sales goals of the company.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and communicate sales enablement goals, initiatives, and metrics.
- Create and manage a comprehensive sales enablement program that includes training, tools, resources, and processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and sales strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments of the sales team's needs and identify areas for improvement in sales enablement.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs that equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell our products and services.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make adjustments as needed to drive results.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales enablement professionals to ensure their growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in sales enablement and incorporate them into our strategies and processes.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information and resources.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales enablement team.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional manner at all times.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage the sales enablement budget.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the sales enablement process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Or Sales Operations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Sales Enablement Strategies And Programs.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Knowledge Of Financial Services And Investment Products, Preferably With Experience At Fidelity Investments.
