  1. Oversee all aspects of regulatory reporting for Fidelity Investments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and changes, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  3. Lead a team of finance professionals and provide guidance and direction to ensure efficient and effective execution of regulatory reporting tasks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, review processes, and identify areas for improvement in regulatory reporting.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of all regulatory reports.
  6. Communicate with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries and requests for information.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in regulatory reporting and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and insights on regulatory reporting matters.
  9. Prepare and present reports on regulatory reporting performance and results to senior management.
  10. Develop and implement training programs for the finance team to ensure understanding and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
  11. Monitor and manage regulatory reporting timelines and deadlines to ensure timely submission.
  12. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to regulatory reporting.
  13. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure regulatory reporting processes and controls meet audit requirements.
  14. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of regulatory reporting processes.
  15. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on regulatory reporting matters and potential impacts on the business.
