- Lead the development and execution of AI and Machine Learning products for Fidelity Investments, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of our clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and sales, to drive the successful launch and adoption of new products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and Machine Learning, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Develop and manage product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market demand and business objectives
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product strategy and drive product development decisions
- Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors to support product development and implementation
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development
- Represent Fidelity Investments as a thought leader in the field of AI and Machine Learning, both internally and externally.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Ai And Machine Learning Products.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Ai And Machine Learning: The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ai And Machine Learning Technologies, Including Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, And Predictive Modeling. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Latest Industry Trends And Advancements.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Product Managers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members Towards A Common Goal.
