We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Personal Cards. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the strategy, development, and execution of our personal credit card products. To be successful in this position, you must have a strong background in credit card product management, a passion for customer-centric innovation, and a proven track record of driving business growth.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our personal credit card products, aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of credit card product managers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and integrate insights into product development and enhancement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.
  5. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats, and adjust product strategy accordingly.
  6. Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  7. Analyze product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to make recommendations for product improvements and enhancements.
  8. Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts for the personal credit card product portfolio.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit card products.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on credit card products, providing guidance and training to internal teams as needed.
