- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our personal credit card products, aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of credit card product managers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and integrate insights into product development and enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats, and adjust product strategy accordingly.
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to make recommendations for product improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts for the personal credit card product portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit card products.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on credit card products, providing guidance and training to internal teams as needed.
