1. Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Managed Account Investment Product division, aligned with the overall goals and objectives of Fidelity Investments.
2. Oversee the development and management of a suite of managed account investment products, ensuring they meet the needs and objectives of our clients.
3. Lead a team of professionals and provide mentorship, guidance, and support to drive their growth and development.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative and competitive strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.
6. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective product positioning, messaging, and sales strategies.
7. Ensure the success of our clients by delivering exceptional client experiences through the development and implementation of best-in-class product offerings.
8. Develop and manage the budget for the Managed Account Investment Product division, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
9. Maintain a deep understanding of the investment management industry, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards to ensure products are in line with industry best practices.
10. Represent Fidelity Investments and the Managed Account Investment Product division at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
12. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the performance of the Managed Account Investment Product division and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
