  1. Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  2. Drive technical innovation and excellence within the team by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop cutting-edge financial technology solutions.
  4. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
  5. Take ownership of the technical roadmap and make strategic decisions to ensure the team's success.
  6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues as they arise.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and practices.
  8. Monitor and track team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  9. Collaborate with upper management to set goals and objectives for the team, and ensure they are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  11. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry developments, and make recommendations for their implementation in the development process.
  12. Ensure adherence to coding standards, software development best practices, and security protocols.
  13. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to provide feedback and promote professional growth.
  14. Represent the company and promote its values and culture both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proficiency In Full Stack Development, Including Front-End And Back-End Technologies Such As Javascript, Html/Css, Java, And Database Management.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing Large-Scale Projects And Teams, With A Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Software On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, Including Product Managers, Designers, And Other Engineering Teams.
