In this role, you will lead a team of investigators in identifying and mitigating fraudulent activities across our various business lines.   1. Lead and manage a team of investigators to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities within the company's business lines.
  2. Develop and implement strategies and procedures to prevent and detect fraudulent activities.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fraud detection and prevention.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to gather information and evidence related to fraudulent activities.
  5. Conduct thorough investigations, including data analysis and interviews, to uncover fraudulent activities.
  6. Communicate and present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  7. Implement fraud risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and develop appropriate controls.
  8. Oversee the development and maintenance of fraud monitoring systems and tools.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to fraud prevention.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external law enforcement agencies and industry peers to share information and best practices.
  11. Train and mentor team members on fraud detection and prevention techniques.
  12. Manage and monitor the team's performance, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  13. Participate in company-wide fraud awareness and education initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Fraud Investigations: A Director, Fraud Investigations At Fidelity Investments Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Fraud Investigations, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Investigations.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Industry Regulations And Laws: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Industry Regulations And Laws Related To Fraud, Including But Not Limited To The Sec, Finra, And Fcpa.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Director, Fraud Investigations Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Think Critically To Identify Patterns And Trends In Data, As Well As Develop Effective Strategies To Prevent And Detect Fraud.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities: The Role Of A Director, Fraud Investigations Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Investigators And Communicate Findings And Recommendations To Senior Management And Other Key Stakeholders.

  • Ability To Adapt To A Fast-Paced And Constantly Evolving Environment: Fidelity Investments Is A Dynamic And Fast-Paced Organization, And The Director, Fraud Investigations Should Be Able To Adapt Quickly To Changing Priorities And Handle Multiple Investigations Simultaneously With A High Level Of Efficiency And Accuracy.
