7. Partner with HR and talent acquisition teams to develop and implement effective compensation and rewards strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
8. Evaluate and improve existing compensation programs, making recommendations for updates and enhancements.
9. Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the compensation budget, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial constraints.
