Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Asset Management Compliance. This Includes But Is Not Limited To Sec Rules, Finra Regulations, And Aml/Kyc Requirements.
Experience In Asset Management: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Asset Management Compliance, Preferably In A Leadership Role. This Experience Should Include Developing Compliance Programs, Conducting Risk Assessments, And Implementing Controls To Ensure Adherence To Regulatory Requirements.
Leadership And Management Skills: As A Director, Asset Management Compliance, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Compliance Professionals. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Leadership And Management Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Provide Constructive Feedback.
