- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for Fidelity's digital asset tokenization product.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends related to digital assets and blockchain technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on business goals and customer feedback.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Define and track key performance metrics for the product, and use data to inform decision-making and drive product improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on digital assets and tokenization, and effectively communicate the product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience In Digital Asset Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Managing Digital Assets, Including Knowledge Of Blockchain Technology And Cryptocurrency.
Knowledge Of Tokenization: A Strong Understanding Of Tokenization And Its Use Cases Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Develop And Implement Strategies For Tokenizing Various Assets, Such As Real Estate, Art, And Securities.
Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Projects From Conception To Launch. This Includes Setting Project Timelines, Managing Budgets, And Communicating Updates To Stakeholders.
