Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Business Analyst Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry
In-Depth Knowledge Of Defined Benefit Retirement Plans And Related Regulations (Erisa, Irs Guidelines, Etc.)
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interpret And Communicate Complex Data And Information
