  1. Conduct analysis and evaluation of defined benefit plans to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance defined benefit plans.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Business Analyst Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Defined Benefit Retirement Plans And Related Regulations (Erisa, Irs Guidelines, Etc.)

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interpret And Communicate Complex Data And Information

  • Experience With Project Management And The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
