- Analyze complex data related to defined benefit plans and identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with various teams, including actuarial, finance, and client services, to gather and analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to track key performance indicators and monitor plan performance.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement in defined benefit plans.
- Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to identify best practices and propose innovative solutions to enhance plan effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Participate in project teams and provide subject matter expertise on defined benefit plans and related processes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend adjustments to plan design as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data analysis and reporting.
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for resolution to ensure the success of defined benefit plans.
- Collaborate with other business analysts and cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis Or Business Analysis
Strong Understanding Of Defined Benefit Plans And Regulations
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Financial Modeling
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts To Various Stakeholders.
