  4. Utilize advanced statistical and analytical techniques to extract insights from large, complex datasets.
  5. Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support predictive and prescriptive analytics.

  7. Act as a subject matter expert for data science, providing guidance and support to business stakeholders.
  8. Communicate complex findings and insights in a clear and easy-to-understand manner to non-technical audiences.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align data science initiatives with organizational objectives.
  10. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies and procedures.
  11. Monitor and evaluate the performance of data science projects and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and train new data science team members.
  13. Manage the budget for the data science practice, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  14. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to data science.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Fidelity Investments, promoting the organization's values and culture.
