
Counterparty Credit Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor the creditworthiness of Fidelity's counterparties through comprehensive financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of counterparty credit limits and exposures.
- Utilize various credit risk models and tools to assess counterparty credit risk and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as trading and legal, to gather information and make informed credit decisions.
- Monitor market and industry trends to proactively identify potential credit risks and recommend appropriate actions.
- Prepare credit risk reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with counterparties to obtain necessary financial information and negotiate credit terms.
- Participate in credit negotiations and provide input on credit terms and conditions.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to counterparty credit risk management.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives related to credit risk management as needed.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the counterparty credit risk function.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Credit Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Counterparty Credit Risk And Related Regulatory Requirements.
Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Analysis, With A Focus On Evaluating Creditworthiness And Identifying Potential Risks.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Financial Information To Stakeholders.
