  1. Evaluate the creditworthiness of counterparties by conducting thorough financial analysis and due diligence.
  2. Monitor and assess the financial health and risk exposure of counterparties on an ongoing basis.
  3. Identify potential credit risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams such as portfolio managers, traders, and legal counsel to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with counterparties to stay informed about market trends and changes in credit risk profiles.
  6. Produce and present comprehensive credit reports and recommendations to senior management.
  7. Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  8. Proactively identify areas for improvement in credit risk management processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with counterparties to negotiate credit terms and limits.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices related to counterparty credit risk.
  11. Support the development and implementation of new risk management initiatives and tools.
  12. Provide training and guidance to junior analysts and team members.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit evaluations and risk assessments.
  14. Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk management policies and procedures.
  15. Represent the company in meetings and conferences related to counterparty credit risk.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Analysis, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Statements And Credit Risk Assessment Methodologies.

  • Knowledge Of Counterparty Credit Risk Management And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions And Recommendations Based On Complex Data And Information.
