  1. Provide expert guidance and assistance to clients in navigating the complex landscape of health and welfare benefits.
  2. Utilize in-depth knowledge of health and welfare benefits to help clients optimize their financial wellness.
  3. Serve as a problem-solver, addressing any issues or concerns that clients may have with their benefits.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, explaining complex benefits information in a clear and understandable manner.
  5. Collaborate with a variety of clients, including small businesses and large corporations, to ensure their unique needs are met.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in health and welfare benefits, and use this knowledge to inform and advise clients.
  7. Use analytical skills to assess clients' benefits needs and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  9. Work closely with other members of the Health & Welfare team to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client services.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to Fidelity Investments' values and mission, and embody the company's customer-centric culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business, Finance, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Health And Welfare Industry, Preferably In A Consulting Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Health And Welfare Benefit Plans, Including Experience With Plan Design, Compliance, And Administration.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Clients.

  • Demonstrated Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Focus On Finding Innovative Solutions For Clients' Health And Welfare Needs.
