Bachelor's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Benefits Consulting Or A Related Field.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Health And Welfare Benefits Plans, Regulations, And Industry Trends.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Internal Teams.
