- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on health and welfare benefits.
- Work with a diverse range of clients and understand their specific needs and challenges.
- Empower clients to make informed decisions about their health and welfare benefits.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to health and welfare benefits.
- Analyze complex data and provide recommendations to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Conduct presentations and trainings for clients to educate them on health and welfare benefits.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
- Stay compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Represent Fidelity Investments in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Stay accountable for meeting performance goals and targets set by the company.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Finance, Accounting, Or Human Resources.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Benefits, Specifically Health And Welfare Programs.
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Aca, And Hipaa.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefit Concepts To Clients And Colleagues.
