As a Consultant with a focus on Defined Contribution plans, you will have the opportunity to work with clients on developing and implementing retirement plans that meet their unique needs.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and goals for their retirement plans.
  2. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients regarding their defined contribution plans.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of client's current retirement plans and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of retirement plans for clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to defined contribution plans.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert for defined contribution plans, providing training and support to colleagues and clients as needed.
  7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues or concerns related to retirement plans.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on plan performance and address any questions or concerns.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for business growth and provide innovative solutions to clients.
  10. Continuously strive to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and transactions.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure compliance and risk management.
  13. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
  14. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to defined contribution plans.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Economics, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Defined Contribution Plans, Preferably In A Consulting Or Advisory Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Retirement Plan Regulations And Industry Trends, Including Erisa, Irs, And Dol Rules.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data To Provide Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
