  1. Lead and manage a team of Client Relationship Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them reach their full potential.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and retention of mid-market clients.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for mid-market clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure their financial goals are met.
  5. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback to help team members achieve their goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the team's performance and service delivery.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Fidelity's products and services to effectively support and advise clients.
  10. Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  11. Meet or exceed team and individual performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  12. Maintain accurate records of team performance and client interactions, providing regular reports and updates to superiors.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Fidelity Investments in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Client Management Or Relationship Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Portfolio Of Mid-Market Clients.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Client Service Representatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
